You are invited to join us this summer for an unforgettable ministry outreach to the Gypsies. Since the fall of Communism in 1989, Winnie and I have been able to return to my native country of Bulgaria on over 50 short-term mission trips. Over the last six years the Lord has directed our ministry's focus towards the harvest fields of Eastern Europe’s poorest people group, the Gypsies. |  | |
| The Gypsies have fully embraced the liberating message of the Cross. We absolutely love their affectionate response to the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and their radical abandonment in worship and praise to the King. Since they already have no "reputation" to lose, they are not ashamed of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. The River of God is freely flowing among them! | ||
| We have been able to establish an apostolic network of local churches and leadership in key cities and communities. The destitute Gypsy neighborhoods provide the perfect setting for outdoor evangelistic crusades. The Lord of Hosts is taking over entire communities as He moves through us in worship, preaching, the laying on of hands and altar calls. Now this River of Love is spilling over and touching their impoverished Gypsy neighbors in Muslim Turkey and Romania. | |
Come with us! Experience new cultures with their different sights, sounds and flavors. You will be trained and powerfully used in God's work of saving souls, changing lives, transforming communities and planting churches. In the city of Kazanlak, our main Gypsy center, we will serve a huge love feast feeding a community of over 5,000 Gypsies their favorite meal – fatted sheep stew. Passport Info: | In order to travel to Bulgaria, you must have a Passport valid 6 months after your date of return. |
Visa Info: | US Citizens do not need a visa for Romania or Bulgaria, however there is a visa required for Turkey, which each individual must purchase at the border. This visa cost approximately $20.00 USD Non-US citizens - You are are responsible for find out about all required visas and travel restrictions. |
Cancellation Policy: | Once you have been accepted to the trip, Deposits are non-refundable… *If Cancellation is necessary, a written request must be received before May 1, 2009. Trip is non-refundable after June 1, 2009. |
